OHIO FIRE INCIDENT REPORTING SYSTEM (OFIRS)
Gathering information by participating in the Fire Reporting System helps Ohio to fight fires with Education – Use of the information collected
can help arm firefighters with the knowledge needed to reduce injuries, fatalities and to help lower dollar losses of Ohio citizens. This
information also arms Ohio and its fire departments with information they will need to obtain needed funding to further their own fire
prevention programs.
