• Foreign Real Estate

• Effective April 14, 2006, all applications and renewals for Foreign Dealer, Foreign Corporate Dealer, Foreign Individual Corporate Dealer and Foreign Salesperson licenses submitted to the Division are required to have the Ohio Department of Public Safety, State Issued License Form (HLS 0036) completed and attached to the original application or renewal, per Senate Bill 9. An updated Terrorist Exclusion List is effective since around July 20, 2006.
