FINRA: The largest non-governmental regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States.

Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC): This is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National White Collar Crime Center, the IFCC addresses fraud committed over the Internet.

Investigating Online Resource Center: This is a national not-for-profit organization that exclusively represents the interests of federally registered investment advisor firms.

Investment Counsel Association of America: This is the only independent, non-commercial organization dedicated solely to serving the individual consumer who invests online or is considering doing so as the Organization Type.
