to you or to someone you know, you can either print the claim form, complete it,
and return it to us for processing. However, if you are unable to print the form,
you may submit the information online to us and we will mail a claim form to you.
Pursuant to Section 169.06 of
Chapter 169 of the Ohio Revised Code,
you must possess a property interest in an unclaimed account to request a claim
form. A property interest can include an ownership or a right to the unclaimed funds.
You may also request a claim form for a family member or friend.
